AWS is hiring highly technical cloud application architects to help customers develop technical expertise and capacity, while collaborating with customers and partners on key engagements. Our consultants will deliver pilot projects, topical workshops, and lead implementation projects. The Professional Services team engages in a wide variety of projects, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and is obsessed about strong customer success. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to deliver the right solution and drive feature innovation based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage AWS services
• Architecting and developing customer applications to be cloud optimized
• Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams
• Providing deep software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns and programming
• Advising and implementing AWS best practices
• Working as both an infrastructure and application development specialist
• Agile software development and DevOps
• Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment

• Agile 방식의 소프트웨어 개발과 DevOps
• 코드 인프라, 지속적인 통합 및 자동화 배포와 같은 DevOps 사례 구현

Day in the life

This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of IT implementation experience
• Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies
• Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (java, python, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing technologies (design and implementation)
• Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
