Key job responsibilities

Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with Amazon's global strategy

Explore and implement AI-driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that balance employee needs and business objectives

Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement

Engage with stakeholders to communicate and champion benefits programs effectively

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Spain and/or Portugal
  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
  • Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale HR benefits programs
  • Expertise in developing scalable AI-enabled solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of benefits-related data analysis
  • Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments
