Location: 5 days onsite - Thorpe

About the Role

As Field Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider team, a fast-growing department established over the past 12 months. You’ll be assisting in driving day-to-day operations, resource coordination, and administrative tasks, while helping to establish steady-state procedures across our delivery function.

This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to work with cross-functional teams on a global scale.

What You’ll Do

Support Operations Managers & Admin

  • Work proactively and reactively to assist with daily operational tasks.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to resource and delivery planning.

Coordinate Project Travel

  • Book travel arrangements for internal and subcontracting engineers (flights, hotels, taxis, hire cars).
  • Ensure smooth logistics for field-based teams.

Resource Planning & Utilization

  • Help with the planning and tracking of resource requirements across teams.
  • Collaborate with service departments during staffing shortages.

Administrative Support & Workflow Management

  • Keep internal documentation updated.
  • Assist in evolving and improving workflow processes.

Sub-Contractor & Partner Support

  • Track and manage subcontractor quotes and travel needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date EMEA partner contact lists.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project coordination tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Prior administrative or operations support experience is a plus, but not essential.
