About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join a leading client based in Egham This position will be supporting the project management team in delivering complex, fast-paced initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects stay on track by managing documentation, logistics, communication, and administrative tasks across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, initiating, and tracking project activities including scope, scheduling, and resource management.
- Attend and document project meetings, distributing clear action items and updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation in Google Drive
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, logistics, reports, and meeting schedules.
- Track change requests, support risk management processes, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage administrative project tasks including equipment tracking, permit submissions, drawing requests, site access, and field engineer travel bookings.
- Facilitate project closeout activities including compiling final documentation, as-built drawings, handovers, and e-waste logs.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Experience managing digital documentation and folder systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with submitting tickets, coordinating site access, and managing permit systems.
- Competence with basic project tracking and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technical or infrastructure-related projects, particularly in corporate or technology environments.
- Working knowledge of tools such as GUTs, or CADDY,
- Understanding of project risk management and closeout processes.
- Experience coordinating travel and logistics for remote or field-based teams.
