  • Strong experience delivering or supporting HR data migration programmes.
  • Demonstrable understanding of HR systems and HR data, including the complexities associated with employee, organisational and workforce data.
  • Experience analysing and improving data quality prior to migration.
  • Strong understanding of legacy systems, data structures, data mapping and migration processes.
  • Experience developing, reviewing or assuring data migration strategies and approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly when working with HR/business stakeholders alongside technical teams.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated, controlled or high-assurance environment.
  • Ability to identify and manage migration risks, dependencies and data-related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technical issues into clear business recommendations.
  • SC eligible; active SC Clearance is preferred.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with major HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft or similar.
  • Experience with HR transformation or HR technology replacement programmes.
