Engagement Manager
About the Role
As an Engagement Lead at Amber Labs, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and deepening existing partnerships by connecting organisations with our Digital, Data, Cloud and AI transformation capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders: someone who listens first, understands the real problem, and brings the right combination of expertise and ambition to solve it.
You will own the full arc of client engagement: from identifying opportunity and shaping the approach, through to overseeing delivery and ensuring lasting value. This is a commercially important role, but it is also a deeply human one. You will build relationships that endure: not because of contracts, but because of trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow Amber Labs' presence within existing accounts by consistently delivering value and staying close to clients' strategic priorities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors, building a healthy and diverse pipeline.
- Lead the shaping and scoping of new engagements, from initial problem definition through to agreed Statements of Work.
- Build and sustain relationships with CXO level leaders, IT decision makers and business stakeholders across client organisations.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from sale to execution, and that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to Amber Labs' market positioning, supporting case studies, thought leadership and sector specific go to market activity.
- Champion client success internally, ensuring the wider team understands what matters most to each account.
Experience We Are Looking For
- A background in technology consulting or professional services, with a track record of growing accounts and winning new business.
- Experience selling or delivering services across Digital, Data, Cloud or AI, ideally across more than one of these areas.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex client challenges into clear, compelling proposals and scoped engagements.
- Proven success managing senior stakeholder relationships across multiple organisations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with both public and private sector environments.
- Experience working in or with fast growing, scale up businesses is a strong advantage: you will understand the pace and mindset.
