We're now seeking a results-driven, self-motivated, and flexible SC Cleared Project Service Implementation Lead to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and coordinating the deployment of diverse enterprise services within a large and complex government organisation. You'll be at the heart of service delivery, ensuring projects are implemented seamlessly, on time, and aligned with customer requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Requirements Analysis: Review current services and contractual requirements to define the future service model.
  • Service Design & Strategy: Lead workshops with stakeholders to build and document service strategies and models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with BAU service teams (Catalogue, SLM & Governance, SACM, Service Desk, Functional Support, Reporting) and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with Test Teams to define testing strategies and ensure services meet contractual standards, specifications, and SLAs.
  • Service Lifecycle Management: Create implementation runbooks, handover documentation, training materials, and performance reporting tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, capture feedback, and design solutions to improve processes, tooling, and efficiency.
  • Governance & Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation to support project gates and service readiness reviews.
  • Leadership: Lead your workstream, ensuring deliverables are met and presented effectively to clients.

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience in Service Design, Business Analysis, or Project Delivery).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNOW.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data centre management, application hosting, network services, or mid-large scale site migrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or service management best practice.
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence.
  • Agile/Scrum certification(s).

This role at Amber Labs is a 12 Month salary based FTC position, and all employees are required to hold active SC clearance. Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.
