Product Owner
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to help shape the future of our technology portfolio and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid (Newbury-based office)
What you’ll get involved in
As our Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering Amberjack’s end-to-end hiring platform. You’ll translate commercial strategy into product strategy, champion user experience, and ensure every feature delivers measurable value to clients and supports our growth objectives.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Shaping and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Managing and prioritising product backlogs based on client value and commercial impact
- Gathering market insights and finding opportunities for innovation
- Translating business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborating with Development teams in agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery
- Acting as the voice of the client during releases and validating product performance
- Monitoring usage metrics and driving continuous improvement
- Engaging stakeholders across the business and supporting go-to-market activities
Who you need to be
Our ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in Product Ownership within fast-paced, innovative environments. You’ll be confident in managing multiple priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving delivery outcomes. You’ll need:
- Experience as a Product Owner, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
- Strong commercial acumen and evidence of delivering P&L growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
- Analytical approach with good judgment and decision-making skills
