Rate – up to £700pd

Hybrid working in London

6-12 months with immediate start

We’re working with a London Borough currently going through a systems implementation, who are looking for an experienced Local Government Transformation Lead. The post holder will produce and deliver the training schemes for the new system, whilst leading on organisational change to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system, prior experience of delivering change within local government is therefore vital.

Working alongside the Finance Lead and Project Manager, the right person for this role will have previously supported on transformation programmes within local government, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver successful organisational change.
