1 full time ERP Implementation consultant on SAP Business One

2 full time ERP support consultants.

The role

Your role will Client Ambassador to 6 clients doing:

• ERP Consulting
• Managing support issues
• Providing advice of processes, using SAP Business One
• Training
• New requirements
• Customer Success Manager

You will deal with any issues that don't get resolved by support and you will fully understand exactly how the clients use the ERP software, how they use SAP Business One and how they use the ISB add on.

You will conduct client reviews, getting to know the people, building relationships and trying to help them. Part of your role will be to visit the clients.

You'll have hands on SAP Business One experience and be a bit of an ERP evangelist. You'll enjoy helping people to get better use out of ERP and improving processes and you'll get huge satisfaction out of those "light bulb moments"

The job involves working with clients understanding their needs and helping them improve the use of ERP, you will need good SAP Business One skills.
