About the role

If you are a CRM professional with solid experience in a legal or professional services environment and a genuine passion for data quality and platform adoption, this is a role worth exploring.Our client is a well-established, internationally recognised law firm with operations spanning multiple global regions. Their London-based Marketing and Business Development team is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the firm's CRM and e-Marketing platforms.This is a position with real ownership and visibility. You will work closely with the CRM Manager to drive best practice, improve data integrity, and directly support how the firm tracks and grows its most important client relationships.What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of the firm's CRM and e-Marketing platforms
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for user queries, providing practical guidance that builds capability and promotes best practice
  • Taking a lead role in resolving data change management requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing and delivering the CRM and e-Marketing training programme, including new starter inductions and group sessions
  • Advising on data quality, contact and relationship management, list creation, reporting, and campaign automation
  • Maintaining ownership of best practice guides and training materials for the CRM database and associated tools
  • Establishing and managing superuser and focus groups to gather feedback and identify system development opportunities
  • Building and maintaining accurate, segmented marketing lists, including proactively addressing deliverability issues
  • Managing target lists for key and strategic clients to support lead generation and tracking
  • Generating sector and regional data quality reports and supporting associated improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing data mapping and the importing of new data sets globally, including partner onboarding and joint event data
  • Contributing to strategies designed to improve the effectiveness of e-Marketing activity
  • Supporting the preparation of CRM and e-Marketing dashboards and performance reports

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with CRM and e-Marketing platforms, ideally InterAction and Vuture, including expertise in data stewardship, data mapping, and user experience
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a comparable role within a legal or professional services organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong process orientation, with solid data analysis and reporting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering training and presentations
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and provide constructive feedback where needed
