This is a pivotal time to join the firm. With a strong focus on business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving new opportunities and strengthening regional presence.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the origination of new business opportunities with prospective clients across the Midlands
• Identifying and researching target clients to build and convert a strong pipeline
• Managing inbound leads from marketing, events, and digital channels
• Collaborating with strategic alliance partners and internal teams to develop compelling, client-focused proposals
• Championing the use of Seismic and central bid management resources
• Tracking key sales metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, and KPIs
• Delivering the regional Clients & Markets and BD strategy alongside Partners
• Aligning regional marketing activity with national campaigns and sector priorities
• Leading on regional events from planning to post-event follow-up
