Senior Business Analyst

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

LONDON – HYBRID

UP TO £80,000 DOE PLUS BENEFITS

Do you?

Have you worked as a Business Analyst in a commercial or customer-facing environment, improving how teams actually work day-to-day? Are you comfortable spending time with sales or operations teams, understanding how they work and spotting what’s slowing them down?

Can you take complex ways of working and simplify them into clear, practical processes that people can actually follow?

Have you run workshops or conversations with different stakeholders to uncover what’s really going on, not just what’s been asked for? Are you confident asking the right questions and challenging assumptions to get to the root of a problem?

Do you have experience working with systems like CRM or sales tools, helping teams use them in a way that actually adds value?

Can you translate what the business needs into clear, structured requirements that tech teams can build from?

Have you been involved in improving or redesigning processes so they’re quicker, more consistent, and less reliant on workarounds? Are you comfortable working in discovery-led environments where you need to understand the problem before defining the solution?

If you enjoy working closely with people to improve how a business operates and making systems genuinely useful, this could be a strong fit.

Our Customer:

We are working with a well-established and growing travel business that operates across multiple international markets, delivering complex travel programmes for B2B clients. With a strong operational backbone and a focus on continuous improvement, the business is investing in its systems and ways of working to better support its sales and operations teams as it continues to grow.

They are now looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in understanding how the business currently operates, identifying where things can be improved, and shaping how their core systems – including CRM and new digital tools – support day-to-day activity.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with sales, operations, and technical teams. You’ll be responsible for getting under the skin of how things actually work, challenging existing processes, and helping design solutions that make the business more efficient and consistent.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with people, asking questions, and turning real-world problems into practical improvements.

In return, you’ll be part of a collaborative and international team, with the opportunity to have a genuine impact on how the business operates and evolves.
