We're a lean, experienced team backed by leading investors and the Google for Startups AI Accelerator, working with some of the biggest & best known companies in the world.

We're building something new: voice AI-powered practice for the moments that matter most.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional all-rounder who thrives in early-stage startup environments and wants to work directly with the founders on high-impact problems across the business.

You'll work 1:1 with all three founders, owning critical work that directly drives revenue and growth.

Your responsibilities will span commercial, operations, product, and customer success, with real ownership from day one.

This role offers significant learning and development opportunities, with room for progression as the company scales.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the three founders on strategically critical work across every aspect of the company.

Your responsibilities will span:

  • Finance & Operations - managing key business processes and financial tracking
  • Commercial & Customer Success - driving sales, managing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Lead Generation & Marketing - owning campaigns, optimising outreach, creating content
  • Product - supporting product development and improvement

You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, automate processes, and take ownership of initiatives that drive the business forward.

Who You Are

Background:

  • 2-4 years of total professional experience
  • At least 18 months in consulting (management consulting, strategy consulting, or similar)
  • Additional startup experience is a strong plus but not required
  • You've worked somewhere that taught you how to think clearly, move fast, and deliver results

Skills:

  • Quick learner - you pick up new concepts and apply them effectively
  • Excellent communicator - strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Process-driven - comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers, and data analysis
  • Commercially sharp - you have strong commercial acumen and business instincts
  • Technically curious - comfortable troubleshooting issues and working with AI tools
  • Strong judgement - you know when to act independently vs. when to escalate
  • Autonomous and collaborative - you work independently while being an effective team player

Mindset:

  • Excited by startups - genuinely motivated by working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Detail-oriented - meticulous when it matters, pragmatic when speed is more important
  • Highly flexible - you adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • Low ego - willing to take on any work that moves the company forward
  • Strong executor - you follow through and deliver consistently
  • Proactive - you anticipate problems and take initiative
  • Organised but adaptable - you plan effectively while remaining responsive
  • Ambitious and hardworking - motivated by impact and learning, excited to be part of a fast-growing company working at the cutting edge of AI.

Bonus points:

  • You've worked at an early-stage startup before
  • You have automation experience (macros, workflows, process optimisation)
  • You've built something yourself (side project, community, small business)

What You'll Get

  • Real ownership and impact - your work directly drives revenue and growth, while helping thousands of professionals build communication confidence and achieve better outcomes in their most challenging conversations
  • Learn from experienced founders with backgrounds spanning consulting, early-stage Uber, Spotify, investing, and a previous successful exit
  • Competitive salary: £40-60k depending on experience
  • Equity in the company
  • Flexibility: hybrid working (2 days per week in Central London office)
  • Room for progression as the company scales.
