Change Manager - GCP/GBP

The Commercial (GCP/GBP*) Change Manager will be responsible for designing and executing change strategies that minimise disruption, embed new capabilities, and help Commercial teams and leaders embrace new ways of working The candidate requires proactive communication skills, is experienced in people-centric transformation, and comfortable navigating cross-functional complexity with senior commercial stakeholders What You´ll Do:
- Responsible for defining, documenting and enabling sign off of the overarching commercial change strategy for key strategic programs and initiatives.
- Typical programs and initiatives involve technology enablement and process centralisation amongst other areas.
- The change strategy should be underpinned by a comprehensive change roadmap. The Commercial (GCP/GBP) Change Lead will need to work with the individual Project Leads, Project Managers and Strategy Leads to create this roadmap
- The change strategy will be underpinned by:
- A training strategy and approach – working with our L&D team
- A communications strategy and approach
- An adoption and tracking strategy and approach
- The Commercial (GCP/GBP) Change Lead will need to collaborate closely with other enterprise functions such as, HR (L&D, functional), Marketing and Commercial leaders (e.g. CGMs, VPs and Directors) to execute on the change strategy.
- Commercial (GCP/GBP) Change Lead will need to support leadership communication around strategic rationale roadmaps and clear articulation of the benefits. This will include client facing communications.
- Translate strategy into commercial-relevant messaging to equip Commercial leaders with clear narratives and talking points to communicate the value of change to their clients. Comms may be executed by the Communications team.
- Train managers and initiative owners on change leadership practices, with focusing on driving adoption in Commercial teams
- Anticipate and address resistance within Commercial teams by providing practical tools, coaching, and success stories that reinforce the benefits of new ways of working
- Build trusted relationships with Commercial VPs and Directors, CGMs, and project sponsors
- Support change champions and leaders in managing localised adoption and resistance
- 5+ years in change management roles, including experience in post-merger integration, offshoring, sales transformation or cost-reduction programmes
- Strong understanding of people implications during restructures, centralisation, new go-to-market approaches and international delivery model shifts
- Prior experience supporting transformation in SaaS, managed services, or corporate travel/booking environments preferred
- Familiarity with organisational design, sales enablement, and cultural change
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with executives and HR business partners.
- Strong understanding of commercial and sales functions, including dynamics of client relationship management, sales cycles, revenue growth levers.
