Build the Operating System of the Firm - We are building a fundamentally different kind of financial services platform — one that is digital-first, AI-enabled, and designed for scale from day one. We are not looking for someone to improve processes. We are looking for someone to replace them.
As Head of Digital Transformation & AI, you will redefine how work gets done across the organisation — across fund administration, AIFM, capital markets, Risk, and Compliance and all support functions including Finance, Internal Operations.
You will design and build an operating model where:
- manual work is the exception, not the norm
- AI is embedded into daily workflows
- decisions are data-driven and real-time
- systems are integrated, not fragmented
- there is one integrated client/ intermediary platform to access all services
This is a build-and-transform role, not a maintenance role.
If you join, your mandate is simple: Rebuild how the company works — using AI, automation, and first-principles thinking.
What You Will Actually Do
Re-architect how work gets done
- Break down existing workflows and rebuild them from scratch
- Eliminate unnecessary steps, approvals, and manual interventions
- Move the business to exception-based operations
Make AI part of daily work
- Embed AI into every function — not as a tool, but as a default workflow layer
- Define how teams use AI to analyse, validate, draft, monitor
- Build human + AI systems, not just automation
Build the internal platform layer
- Design a unified automation + AI ecosystem across the firm
- Replace fragmented tools with a connected platform
- Treat internal workflows like products, not processes
Automate the core engine
- NAV production with minimal manual intervention
- Fully automated reconciliations and exception handling
- Real-time reporting across funds, investors, and management
- Risk & Compliance → automated monitoring and alerts
Transform support functions
- Finance → real-time, automated, data-driven
- Internal Operations → AI-enabled work flow management
Turn data into leverage
- Build a unified data layer across the organisation
- Enable real-time decision-making
- Remove dependency on fragmented spreadsheets and reporting
Drive adoption, not just implementation
- If people aren’t using it, it doesn’t exist
- Change behaviour across teams and leadership
- Make AI and automation the default way of working
