Commercial & Technology Associate (3+ Years PQE) – London

We are seeking an ambitious Associate with a minimum of 3 years pqe to join a high-performing Commercial & Technology practice in London. In this role, you will advise prestigious international clients on complex, high-value, and cross-border transactions across diverse sectors, including technology, data, healthcare, energy, financial services, and retail.

Your key responsibilities will involve delivering expert legal counsel on complex technology transformations and strategic outsourcing arrangements, alongside drafting and negotiating high-value contracts for commercial services, supply chains, consulting, and distribution frameworks. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end technology agreements—including FinTech solutions, cloud hosting, software licensing, and EULAs—while structuring strategic collaborations, teaming arrangements, and commercial intellectual property agreements. As a trusted advisor, you will manage client relationships directly and participate proactively in the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer with a genuine passion for the technology sector, backed by a proven track record in sophisticated commercial and technology contracts.
