Infrastructure Project Engineer

The Role As an Infrastructure Project Engineer you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the customers’ infrastructures so that they can meet their business objectives. You will be working with both internal and external customers to ensure projects are successfully delivered within the required timeframes and specifications. The Technology Projects team will work alongside the Sales team to recommend products and services for customers’ infrastructure requirements. Duties and Responsibilities * Delivering technical projects according to the specifications and customer briefs * Providing updates on the project’s progress to relevant contacts * Maintaining all relevant project documentation and the knowledgebase * Providing support to resolve change management issues * Liaising with the Sales team to produce new business proposals and to review customers’ existing infrastructures, suggesting areas for modernisation * Ensuring all time spent on projects is recorded accurately within the system * Arranging meetings with customers to get authorisation and sign-off on project deliverables * Ensuring project handovers are completed in full, with the service de...
