Full Stack Product Engineer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer (Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Postgres) to join the founding team of a London based, early stage startup publicly launching in a few months (they're currently in stealth mode).

Led by former heads of Palantir’s AI Engineering team, they're building a new type of platform to solve what they saw as the biggest bottleneck to getting AI into production: teaching models what you actually want them to do.

They’ve raised $6.5M in early funding, are deep in product build mode, and are looking for a curious, product-minded engineer to join as their third technical hire.

What you’ll do

• Build core product features in a fast-moving, high-trust team
• Work across the stack (Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Postgres)
• Constantly iterate based on feedback from real users
• Help shape the engineering culture from the ground up
• Be part of a tight-knit team working on-site in London (they genuinely enjoy working + lunching together)

What we're looking for

• Experience at a startup that's scaled or been through funding rounds
• Strong product intuition and attention to detail with highly customer orientated focus
• Experienced integrating or building AI platforms/features
• Full stack experience on our stack (Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Postgres)
• Based in or willing to relocate to London (this is a 5 day/week in-person role)

Location: On-site in London (5 days a week)

Salary: £100k–£200k + meaningful equity
