An established UK-based games studio is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the global marketing strategy for its PC and console titles.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to take games to market at scale, from early positioning through launch and live service, while still being close to the detail.

The Role:

  • Own and deliver global go-to-market strategies for PC and console games
  • Lead campaign planning across brand, performance, community, PR, partnerships and influence
  • Work closely with studio leadership, production and commercial teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Stay hands-on across all aspects of marketing execution, not just strategy
  • Use data, insight and player behaviour to shape messaging, priorities and channel mix
  • Represent marketing at a leadership level within a growing games business

The Candidate

  • Proven marketing leadership experience within the games industry
  • Strong background in PC and/or console games (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience devising and executing successful global GTM campaigns
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution level
  • Confident communicator and leader, able to influence across disciplines
  • Commercially minded, player-focused and results driven

Further Details:

  • Mostly remote, with occasional visits to a UK-based studio
  • Applicants must be UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
  • Salary £70,000 - £80,000
