Inside Sales Representative

• Role Description

We are looking for a remote Inside Sales Representative to join AMORO Digital. This role is part of a structured, performance-based system where progression is earned through results. You will be responsible for contacting UK businesses, introducing our website services, and closing deals. Each representative is provided with daily leads and a clear system to follow. This is not a traditional salaried role. Earnings are commission-based, starting at £50 per sale, with no cap and clear progression into higher earning and leadership positions.

• Responsibilities

Contact businesses using provided leads through calls and messages

Follow a simple, proven outreach system

Handle conversations and close deals

Maintain consistent daily activity

Improve performance and results over time

• Requirements

Confident communication and basic sales ability

Comfortable speaking with businesses

Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work)

Willing to learn and follow a system

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
