Junior Commercial Assurance Analyst

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Junior Commercial Assurance Analyst to work for fantastic company based in Portsmouth.

This role is offered as hybrid, but you must be in a commutable distance of the office.

You will provide Commercial Quality Assurance to ensure the company mitigates its risks (financial, commercial and contractual) when providing SOWs (or their equivalent) to customers and partners

Duties include:

  • Support review process ensuring defined processes and standards are met
  • Support Commercial Analyst with regular and ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring data is accurate, current and addresses the defined report requirements
  • Support review and update of SMO process documents
  • Assist with update and maintenance of templates, rate card templates and pricing tools
  • Support with data retention and compliance requirements in the commercial assurance arena, alongside suggesting and driving ongoing service improvement in the commercial assurance area (i.e. identify opportunities, build and implement change)

Personal requirements:

  • Experience of back-office processes in an IT systems integrator setting
  • Ability of working effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience of CRM (customer relationship management) and PSA (professional services automation) tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data appropriate to requirements
  • Good all-round knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite, in particular SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word (essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
