About the Role
We’re hiring a remote Head of Paid Media to fully own and scale Amplify’s paid acquisition engine .
This is not an agency-management role.
This is not a narrow PPC execution role.
This is a senior, hands-on SaaS growth operator role.
You will independently design, build, launch, optimise, and scale the entire paid growth machine - from campaigns and creative, to landing pages, funnels, attribution, and revenue impact.
You will be the single owner of paid media and paid acquisition , expected to operate as a one-person growth engine , using modern AI tools to move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. Strong SaaS experience is mandatory .
Healthcare SaaS experience is a major bonus , but not required.
KPIs & Success Metrics
This role is measured purely on revenue-driving outcomes, split across Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
Sales-Led Growth (SLG)
You are accountable for:
- # of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from paid channels
- Cost per SQL
- Paid-sourced pipeline value
- Average deal size (paid-sourced)
- Paid-sourced revenue closed
You own the full path:
Paid traffic → landing page → demo → sales → closed revenue
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
You are accountable for:
- # of new customers acquired from paid channels
- Cost per customer
- Average revenue per customer (ARPC)
- Payback period on paid-acquired customers
- Paid-sourced recurring revenue
You own the full path:
Paid traffic → signup / trial → activation → paid conversion
First 90 Days – What Success Looks Like
- Establish clean baselines for:
- SQL volume and cost per SQL
- Customer volume and cost per customer
- Launch net-new or materially improved paid campaigns across core channels
- Ship improved landing pages for both SLG and PLG paths
- Identify and clearly articulate:
- Funnel bottlenecks
- SQL quality issues
- Conversion drop-offs
- Present a clear scaling plan tied directly to SQLs, customers, and revenue
First 6 Months – What Success Looks Like
- Predictable, repeatable flow of SQLs and/or customers from paid
- Demonstrable improvement in at least one core efficiency metric:
- Cost per SQL
- Cost per customer
- Average deal size
- ARPC
- Clean attribution from paid spend → pipeline → revenue
- At least one paid growth motion that is:
- Proven
- Scalable
- Ready for budget expansion
What You’ll Own
Paid Media & Paid Acquisition (SaaS-First)
- Full ownership of paid acquisition across:
- Google Search, Display & Performance Max
- Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant emerging channels)
- Retargeting and full-funnel paid strategies
- Budget ownership, forecasting, and scaling decisions
- Continuous experimentation across:
- Channels
- Audiences
- Messaging
- Offers
- Transition from agency-led execution to a high-velocity in-house system
Landing Pages, Copy & Funnel Ownership
You do not wait on designers, copywriters, or engineers.
You build.
- Independently design, build, and optimise landing pages
- Using tools such as Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar
- Write and iterate:
- Ad copy
- Landing page copy
- Headlines, CTAs, and value propositions
- Optimise both SLG and PLG funnels end-to-end
AI-Driven Execution
AI is a core execution tool, not a buzzword.
- Use AI to:
- Generate and iterate ad creative and copy
- Prototype and improve landing pages
- Analyse performance patterns
- Increase testing velocity without increasing headcount
- Continuously systemise and automate repeatable growth work
Analytics & Attribution
- Own paid performance reporting and insights
- Partner with RevOps / CRM to ensure clean attribution
- Make fast, data-backed decisions
- Kill underperforming experiments quickly
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have 7–12+ years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing experience
- You have personally scaled paid acquisition for SaaS products
- SaaS experience is non-negotiable
- You can show real numbers , not just tactics
- You are comfortable operating as a one-person growth machine
You can independently:
- Launch and optimise campaigns
- Build landing pages
- Write copy
- Analyse funnels and revenue impact
- You are execution-first, opinionated, and allergic to fluff
Bonus Points
- Experience scaling B2B healthcare SaaS, especially in the US
- Familiarity with compliance-driven messaging (e.g. HIPAA)
- Experience replacing or outperforming agencies
- Strong understanding of SaaS SLG and PLG funnels

- Not a design-heavy role (but you must be design-capable)
