Job title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Project Manager

Location: London

Work mode: Hybrid, 3 days in the client office per week

Contract duration: 12 months

Experience

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.

• 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, AJO, CJA, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AEP implementation and rollout projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate with architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders.

• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery governance.

• Ensure successful implementation of AEP, RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Track project milestones, resource allocation, and commercial governance.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage program reporting, RAID logs, status updates, and executive reviews.

• Ensure quality delivery and successful go-live activities.

• Experience in MarTech, CDP, Personalization, and Customer Experience programs.

• Exposure to AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Campaign solutions.

• Leadership and team management.

• Customer-focused and consultative approach.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Executive-level communication and reporting skills.
