Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable CRM solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Lead technical solutioning and provide architectural guidance to development teams
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Review code and provide technical leadership across projects
• Support deployment, upgrades, and system enhancements
