Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide support for Windows , MacOS , Microsoft Office 365 , Active Directory , and VPN connectivity.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Log all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow , Remedy ).
  • Maintain and update documentation of known issues and solutions.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform user account administration (password resets, account creations) in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Support remote users using remote desktop tools and VPN.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the IT support function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS , Office 365 , and basic networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow , Remedy , Jira ).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
