OTel Architect

Role: OTel Architect (OpenTelemetry Architect)

Location: London, UK

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced OTel Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise observability solutions using OpenTelemetry across cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telemetry architecture, observability strategy, monitoring platform integrations, and scalable collector deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise-wide OpenTelemetry architecture and observability frameworks.

Define telemetry standards for logs, metrics, and traces across applications and platforms.

Architect scalable OpenTelemetry Collector deployments and telemetry pipelines.

Integrate observability data with platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, and New Relic.

Enable Root Cause Analysis (RCA), AIOps, and proactive monitoring capabilities.

Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and operations teams to drive observability best practices.

Define governance, performance optimization, and telemetry lifecycle strategies.
