Job Description – Solution Architect (SAP Commissions)

Location: Hybrid (2 days WFO) – UK (near Infosys offices)

Duration: 12 Months

We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions) to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for a major client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, including deep hands-on knowledge in SAP Commissions, and a proven track record in implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RFP activities including solution design, estimation, and client presentations
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Design and configure compensation plans, rules, and calculations
  • Develop POCs, demos, and mentor junior team members
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and UAT support
  • Manage data integration, pipelines, and payment calculations
  • Handle production issues, data fixes, and enhancements post go-live
  • Lead distributed teams and manage technical risks across project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in SAP Commissions
  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (ICM)
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations with S/4HANA backend
  • Expertise in:
  • Compensation plans (credits, incentives, deposits)
  • Classifiers, rate tables, lookup tables, formulas
  • Data loading, pipelines, and stage processes
  • SQL queries, stage hooks, and DB tables
  • Payment extraction, dispute handling, dashboards
  • Experience in AMS support (tickets, enhancements)
