Technology Consultant / Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Consultants / Analysts with strong expertise in Storage, Backup, and System Administration. The ideal candidate will handle installations, configurations, migrations, and ongoing operational support within a secure enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support enterprise storage and backup systems.

Perform migrations, patching, and on-call operational support.

Monitor storage components (volumes, LUNs, disks, logs) and backup environments.

Manage Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

Conduct Capacity Planning and Disaster Recovery exercises.

Perform health checks and performance tuning of storage systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve system/storage-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience as a System Administrator / Storage Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Storage: Dell PowerMax, VPLEX, Isilon, eNAS, Cisco/Brocade SAN Switch

Backup: EMC Data Domain, Networker, ECS

Operating Systems: VMware, Linux (RedHat preferred)

Solid understanding of monitoring, backup management, and system performance tuning.

Experience handling DR planning and enterprise-level operational support.
