Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financial Consultant to support implementation and configuration of Workday Financials. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work with integrations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Financials modules
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
• Work on Workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and analytics
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Good knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics
• Workday Financials certification (preferred/required)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
