In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations while playing a key part in shaping future infrastructure strategy. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary infrastructure team including managers
• Overseeing daily operations across servers, networks, cloud services, and core systems
• Ensuring robust security, stability, and scalability across the organisation’s infrastructure
• Managing incidents, changes, and improvements with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Supporting major organisational projects and future technology initiatives
• Driving best practice in line with industry standards and the policing Code of Ethics
• Building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing technical infrastructure teams
• A solid background in infrastructure operations (servers, networks, cloud, platforms)
• Confident leadership style with a genuine passion for people development
