We are seeking a skilled Business Change Manager to join our clients organisation. This role focuses on Providing Business Change and Adoption expertise to core programmes of work, delivering measurable change value and embedding change across the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business change, with proven experience in implementing and managing change initiatives that drive organisational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Strategy & Planning – Define vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Identify, manage, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Communication – Develop and deliver clear, targeted messaging.
• Impact Assessment – Evaluate change effects and risks.
• Training & Capability Building – Identify needs and support learning.
• Business Readiness – Prepare teams and drive adoption.
• Benefits Realization – Track outcomes and measure success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong experience in business change management, with a track record of delivering successful change initiatives.- Change management certification is essential ie Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change or equivalent- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a remote setting.
