Contract Lead Architect, Health Sector (FHIR and Azure) Contract OIR35, Can be based UK wide, Hybrid - office 1-2 times per month Midlands or London: Must have knowledge of FHIR / HL7 and Azure platforms for healthcare A leading organisation is seeking a visionary Lead Architect to define and drive its enterprise-wide architecture strategy and aligned in flight projects This role is pivotal in shaping a unified, scalable,  technology platform that supports Patient Journey and Digital product innovation.Experience of Transformation alongside Architecture is desirable.

It’s about setting the architectural principles, structure, and systemic coherence across Azure, D365, infrastructure, data, applications, and integrations — enabling high-quality experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.

Essential Technical Skills:

• Strong Azure Health Data Services understanding
• Customer / Patient workflow understanding
