We’re looking for two experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Analysts to join an established IT function. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM across a large and complex environment with multiple UK payrolls and a significant user base.

You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, optimise system performance, and ensure that Oracle HCM is configured to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for Oracle Fusion HCM support, working closely with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions and approval workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Support the delivery of new functionality, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes clearly and keep internal knowledge up to date, including disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
  • Monitor reporting performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Provide technical and functional support across Core HR, Employee & Manager Self Service, Absence Management, and UK Payroll modules, including adjustments to payroll fast formulas and absence plans.
  • Manage system configuration, including patching, release cycles, environment management, security roles, and change control processes.
  • Review Oracle’s quarterly releases, assess the impact on the current environment, and coordinate necessary testing with relevant teams.
  • Oversee Oracle SAAS portal administration and performance reviews to keep the platform running efficiently.
  • Lead on technical issue resolution, providing third-line support during major incidents and driving long-term preventative measures.
  • Ensure application performance and stability by proactively identifying and addressing risks, bugs, and enhancement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly approval workflows and UK payroll support.
  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting UK Oracle payrolls and modules such as Core HR and Absence Management.
  • Previous involvement with third-party time and attendance integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle development and reporting tools (e.g., APEX, OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and database management.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
