We're hiring Recruitment Consultants to join our growing London team and take ownership of a specialist market.

Whether your background is in Technology, Financial Services or another specialist vertical, we're interested in speaking with consultants who want to become genuine experts in their niche and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 recruitment desk within your specialist market.
• Developing and growing long-term client partnerships.
• Building and managing high-quality candidate networks.
• Delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
• Becoming a recognised market specialist in your sector.
• Identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
• Contributing to the wider growth and development of the business.

• Previous 360 recruitment experience.
• A desire to become a true market specialist rather than a generalist recruiter.
