Digital Analytics Consultant (GA4 / GTM / Tag Implementation)

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant with at least one year’s experience in a digital or analytics-focused role — you should be confident with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing tag implementation (Meta, Google Ads, Floodlight, etc.).
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work across analytics, tracking and data visualisation — helping leading hotel groups, charities and corporate clients measure performance and optimise their marketing effectiveness.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, configure and test GA4 and GTM implementations across multiple websites.
- Implement and QA marketing tags (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Floodlight, TikTok and more).
- Work with data layers, custom HTML tags, and JavaScript to ensure accurate event tracking.
- Build automated Looker Studio dashboards and data reports for clients.
- Audit analytics setups and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support measurement strategy development to improve campaign attribution and ROI tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a digital analytics, technical marketing, or web development role.
- Proven hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of marketing tag configuration and pixel implementation.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (especially for debugging tracking setups).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable translating technical data into clear, actionable insight for clients.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.

Role Details
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm
- Location: Based in Farringdon, London. Occasional travel may be required.
- Hybrid Working: Initially primarily office-based to support training and collaboration, with the option to work from home one day per week.
