ERP Solution Consultant
A rapidly growing B2B fintech company in the payments space is seeking a Solution Consultant who thrives where customer success, product, and engineering meet. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role supporting enterprise customers as they transform their financial operations.
About the RoleYou will serve as the technical bridge between enterprise clients and internal teams, leading scoping projects from initial discovery through to a detailed Statement of Work. You'll analyse complex ERP environments (such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics), understand how customers really operate, and design integration approaches that ensure smooth and successful onboarding.
This role requires someone who enjoys breaking down complex systems, aligning stakeholders, proposing elegant technical solutions, and bringing clarity to cross-functional environments.
What You'll Do-
Work closely with enterprise customers to understand ERP setups, billing processes, and financial workflows

Analyse and map custom fields, data structures, and integration logic

Translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for internal teams

Own end-to-end technical scoping, culminating in accurate Statements of Work

Partner with engineering, product, and customer success to design tailored solutions

Coordinate project milestones, track tasks, and support the onboarding process

Act as an internal expert on how the platform integrates with major ERPs

Participate in customer meetings with stakeholders at various organisational levels

Support project planning, meeting agendas, documentation, and status tracking

Ensure technical delivery aligns with client expectations and project timelines

6+ years' experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant, or similar role

Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and integration patterns

Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders in client-facing environments

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Comfort navigating enterprise financial systems and workflows

Bonus: Hands-on experience with ERPs (especially NetSuite or SAP)
