Anderson Frank are working with a growing financial services organisation that is modernising its finance operating model and reporting capability.
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Transformation to lead a significant finance systems programme, focused on the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
This is a key transformation hire, requiring someone with proven, hands-on experience delivering an in-house ERP implementation within a finance function.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end ERP selection and implementation programme, with NetSuite as the anticipated solution.
Take full ownership of delivery across approximately 25 UK-based users, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
Review, redesign, and optimise upstream and downstream finance processes to align with the new system and future operating model.
Design and embed robust financial reporting structures and management information (MI), with particular focus on accurate and insightful Gross Profit (GP) reporting.
Define and implement appropriate accounting treatments within the system, ensuring compliance, consistency, and scalability.
Drive change management across the finance function, supporting a well-established team through a period of transformation.
Collaborate closely with finance transformation specialists to onboard both the existing organisation and newly acquired subsidiaries into the new structure.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and risk management throughout the programme life cycle.
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
Proven track record of leading an in-house ERP implementation within a finance function (essential).
Strong technical understanding of finance systems, internal controls, and reporting frameworks.
Demonstrable experience managing system selection, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end change delivery.
Experience within an FCA-regulated financial services environment is highly desirable.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide established teams through transformation.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring three days onsite in Swindon.
