NetSuite Systems Analyst - c£60K - Hybrid

Anderson Frank are working with a well-established and growing organisation in the manufacturing sector that is looking to appoint a NetSuite Systems Analyst/Administrator to join their IT function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a NetSuite specialist to take ownership of a core ERP system, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements, improve processes, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

The Role As the NetSuite lead, you will act as the bridge between business users, IT, and third-party vendors. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the ERP system and e-commerce platform are operating efficiently, aligned with business needs, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key NetSuite users across multiple business functions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries, incidents, and enhancements
  • Analyse business processes and ensure alignment with NetSuite functionality
  • Drive continuous improvement across ERP and e-commerce systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver system changes and enhancements
  • Oversee incident and service request management, ensuring timely resolution
  • Ensure robust system administration, security, and controls are maintained
  • Review and challenge technical proposals to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, including regular service reviews
  • Support and maintain integration between NetSuite and the organisation's e-commerce platform
  • Contribute to and maintain structured change management processes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP in a business-facing role
  • Proven ability to support users and optimise ERP-driven processes
  • Solid understanding of core business functions, including finance and operations
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., Celigo)
  • Exposure to e-commerce platform integrations
  • Knowledge of AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti)
  • Experience with warehouse systems (e.g., RFSmart)
