As CRM Administration Support, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering the sales organisation — ensuring seamless processes, improving efficiencies, and supporting the operational cadence of the business. You’ll work closely with sales teams, leadership, and the Revenue Operations function to deliver impactful data insights, optimise CRM usage, and contribute to meaningful change initiatives.
CRM Administration Support Key Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Operations Business Partner in driving operational efficiency, best practice adoption, and project execution.
- Collaborate directly with sellers and sales leaders to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct side-by-side observations with sales teams to identify gaps and opportunities for efficiency.
- Provide analytical and operational support for Go-To-Market initiatives, including documenting processes and policies.
- Deliver actionable data analysis aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Act as a problem-solver and trusted point of contact for sales leadership to resolve operational challenges.
- Simplify and centralise administrative tasks to improve sales team efficiency.
- Support change management through clear documentation and personal engagement.
- Manage critical projects with strong communication, organisation, and follow-through.
- Take ownership of sales commission administration — ensuring accurate calculation and validation with support from the GTM Analytics and Revenue Operations teams.
CRM Administration Support Key Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM (Administrator Certification highly desirable).
- Minimum of 3 years working in or directly supporting a fast-paced sales organisation.
- Strong financial acumen and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of commission structures, compensation plans, and incentive schemes.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM utilisation, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
