Our client, an innovative tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis.

You’ll be supporting existing customers with product queries and troubleshooting, delivering a positive customer experience every step of the way.
The Role
- Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
- Supporting customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
- Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more in-depth problem-solving conversations
- Delivering a friendly, solutions-focused customer experience
- Updating systems accurately with customer notes and outcomes
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
About You
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Positive, engaging and articulate on the phone
- Comfortable in a phone-based role (80–90% calls)
- Calm under pressure and confident handling a range of queries
- A team player who enjoys working in a social, energetic environment
- Available to start next week
