Our client, a fast-growing tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, social and supportive team based in a brilliant Central London location. Ideal for someone looking to earn quickly, meet new people and gain experience in a modern, growing company. It would particularly suit someone between longer-term roles, saving for travel, or looking for a role with potential to go permanent.
You’ll be supporting existing customers with product queries and troubleshooting, helping deliver a positive customer experience every step of the way.
The Role
- Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
- Supporting with troubleshooting and resolving product-related queries
- Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more detailed problem-solving conversations
- Delivering a friendly, helpful and solutions-focused customer experience
- Updating systems accurately with customer information and outcomes
- Working closely with the wider team to resolve issues efficiently
About You
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Positive, engaging and confident speaking with customers
- Comfortable in a phone-based role
- Calm under pressure and able to handle a variety of customer queries
- A team player who enjoys working in a social, energetic environment
- Available to start asap
