Our client, a fast-growing tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, social and supportive team based in a brilliant Central London location. Ideal for someone looking to earn quickly, meet new people and gain experience in a modern, growing company. It would particularly suit someone between longer-term roles, saving for travel, or looking for a role with potential to go permanent.

You’ll be supporting existing customers with product queries and troubleshooting, helping deliver a positive customer experience every step of the way.

The Role

  • Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
  • Supporting with troubleshooting and resolving product-related queries
  • Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more detailed problem-solving conversations
  • Delivering a friendly, helpful and solutions-focused customer experience
  • Updating systems accurately with customer information and outcomes
  • Working closely with the wider team to resolve issues efficiently

About You

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Positive, engaging and confident speaking with customers
  • Comfortable in a phone-based role
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle a variety of customer queries
  • A team player who enjoys working in a social, energetic environment
  • Available to start asap
