An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Support Manager to join a leading technology business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting the CEO, this is a high-profile role that combines first-class executive support with the leadership of a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership and can confidently build relationships with stakeholders at every level.
The Role
- Providing seamless executive support to the CEO
- Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and executive priorities
- Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers
- Coordinating board meetings, leadership meetings and key business activities
- Managing confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Supporting strategic projects and ensuring key priorities remain on track
- Driving efficiencies and maintaining high standards across the executive support function
About You
- Extensive experience supporting CEO or C-suite executives
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Executive Assistants or business support teams
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate business needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Professional, discreet and confident handling highly confidential information
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative leader who enjoys developing and supporting others
