IT Tech Coordinator in Central London

We are currently looking for a IT Service Coordinator to work in a Family Office based in the West End. The role is working 8.30 to 5.30 and is paying £40000.

The role

GO to the family homes to fix any tech issues; wifi, printers, setting up new devices, computer reboots right down to the Sky TV

Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices

Provide technical support or training for systems and networks

Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration

Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)

Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Collaborate with other professionals

Ad hoc IT support
