Ongoing temp Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking for Customer Executive's to join a Tech firm based in Central London. This role is working 9-6 and is paying £14 hour, this includes hybrid working. This position could suit an up and coming graduate with a minimum of one year's customer service experience.

The role

Answer customer questions by phone, email, webchat, social media or in person.

Explain products, services and policies.

Take orders

Arrange appointments.

Sell products or services and process payments

Handle feedback and complaints.

Deal with contract renewals and subscriptions.
