Ongoing temp Customer Service Operative, based near Waterloo
We are currently looking for a customer services operative to join a Tech company based close to Waterloo. This is a large friendly team with a social environment and hybrid working options. Full training is provided as well as a positive working culture. The hours are 9-6 and will be paying £14 hour. This is a 90% phone based role and would suit someone who has a strong customer service skills.
The role
- Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone
- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
- Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
- Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts
- Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting
- Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
- Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs
- Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, in some cases cold calling to follow up
