Ongoing temp Customer Services Agent

We are currently looking for Customer Services Agents to join a Tech firm based in Central London. The hours are 9-6 with some hybrid working available. This is mainly a telephone based role with some coordination duties included. This position could suit individuals who have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role. This is an ongoing temp position which requires a minimum of 6 months commitment.

• Technical troubleshooting
• User education, app/ charger set-up
• Ad hoc duties
