Personal Assistant

Based in Egham, this Technology Firm has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join an established Sales Team supporting three Directors with a variety of responsibilities which include:-

  • Providing full secretarial support for the Director and Senior Team
  • Manage all correspondence
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes
  • Booking travel , accommodation
  • Assisting with restaurants etc
  • Generating and updating and update reports using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Formatting of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

The ideal candidate:-

  • Must have PA experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must have worked in a busy environment
