Tech Savvy Coordinator based in Knightsbridge
We are currently looking for a Tech Savvy Coordinator to join a private family office in Knightsbridge. This is mainly an office based role and is working Monday to Friday. This is a closed knit boutique environment and offers a positive working culture. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and have IT skills which include to fix any tech issues; Wi-Fi printers, setting up new devices, computer reboots right down to the Sky TV. This role will start as soon and possible and will pay up to 40k.
The role
- Dealing with public and staff enquiries and feedback
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and report on progress
- Assisting technical managers to create and share work plans and timelines
- Managing technical project documentation
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Preparing presentations and project updates
- Reviewing project costs and forecasts.
